首先要熱烈祝賀清新凈化公司新一輪的員工培訓結束,通過這一次的員工培訓,我公司的員工在技術和精神面貌上都得到了很大的進步,在培訓結束后,我們公司的很多員工都自愿的做了總結,下面使我們公司在培訓期間表現優異的員工寫的一篇思想總結《成功來自于優秀的員工》,下面是這篇文章的全文,請我公司的員工仔細的閱讀
首先我感謝公司領導給了我這個學習的機會,通過這次聚成公司舉辦的聚成模式“成功,從優秀員工做起”培訓課程,使我深刻的認識到做一名優秀員工的重要性,下面我把一些個人感想與大家分享一下。
       第一、一個人對待事情的態度,決定了他做事情的方式;而做事情的方式,則直接決定了做這件事的結果。正如老話所說“態度決定一切”。     
 第二、我們要干一行愛一行專一行。一名優秀的員工應該熱愛自己的工作,根據崗位職責做好本質工作的同時,能夠刻苦鉆研,精益求精,多付出一點。有的人以拿多少錢就做多少事的心態工作,是不可取的。這不會讓你成為優秀的員工,因為如果你只做與自己報酬相當的事,那你所得的報酬就只會原地踏步。有句俗話說的好“沒有付出,哪有回報”。
       第三、我們處在工作學習中,免不了要遇到挫折,甚至可能是重大的人生挫折。在暫時的困難和挫折面前,或許您會抱怨老天不公,或許您會瞧不起自己,怪自己太笨;或許怪您沒出生在一個好的家庭,受到好的教育等等,人就從此一蹶不振,喪失了以后更多的機遇。但,如果他有不服輸的意志,當你正確認識到挫折對于一個人真正的含義時,你可能反而會“感謝”命運帶給你一個這樣“機會”。正如老師所說:“別人身上沒有發生的事情竟然發生在我的身上,讓我又有了一次新的成長的空間。”
第四、作為一名優秀員工要有愛崗敬業的精神和團隊合作精神,一個成功團隊要有明確的分工和責任,發揮每個人的優勢,有共同的目標和嚴格有效的行政規范制度。作為公司的細胞,每一名員工都要把這些牢記在心,優秀的員工應該具有良好的團隊協作精神,能與其他員工團結、合作、互助,努力實現公司的奮斗目標。當個人利益與集體利益發生矛盾時,我們的選擇就以大局為重,因為集體主義更有效。公司的成功更多信賴的是集體的凝聚力。盡管每個人從事的崗位不同,每個部門的職責不同,但是有一點是相同的,那就是為實現公司的奮斗目標,團結一致,竭盡全力!所以做一名優秀員工應該明白合作精神對實現企業目標的重要性。
        第五、樹立強烈的主人翁意識,一名合格的員工要有強烈的事業心和高度責任心,在工作中爭做主人翁,“想主人事,干主人活,盡主人責”,要時時處處考慮公司的利益,關注公司發展,心系公司建設,積極主動的為公司發展出謀劃策,從一點一滴的小事做起,以主人翁的精神為公司做出最大的貢獻。
      
        清新成功是每一名員工的驕傲和自豪,所以讓我們努力工作,爭做一名優秀員工,為我們清新創造更大的效益,為社會做出最大貢獻而努力奮斗!
